A high-quality, well-equipped, and spacious house. Bright living room with free Wi-Fi. The property's location on the island makes it ideal for visiting the villages and markets of Saint-Georges d'Oléron and Chéray, the park, the forest, the beaches, the sea, the vineyards, and exploring the many cycle paths.
The two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with two single beds (90cm), each with its own dressing table. Both bedrooms reflect the island's natural surroundings. A spacious bathroom offers ample storage. There are numerous closets throughout the house. Baby equipment includes a cot, a high chair, and a baby bath.
The living/dining room is a large, bright space. The extendable dining table seats six. High-quality kitchen appliances and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen complete the property. There is parking, a bicycle garage, a front garden, and a private, enclosed garden at the rear, facing southwest, with a wooden deck for al fresco dining. The garden is furnished with garden furniture, parasols, sun loungers, and a gas barbecue/griddle.
