Quality house with spacious and bright living spaces with free WiFi. The location of the property on the island makes it ideal for visiting the merchant villages of Saint-Georges d'Oléron and Chéray, the park, the forest, the beaches, the sea and discovering the numerous cycle paths.
The two bedrooms: one with 1 140 cm bed and the second 2 90 cm beds as well as a dressing room for each. Bathroom with spacious storage. Numerous storage cupboards throughout the house. Baby equipment includes a baby bed, a high chair and a bathtub. The living-dining room is a large, bright living room with a sofa bed and armchair.
Dining table with extension that can accommodate 6 people. Quality kitchen equipment and newly fitted kitchen. A garden in front of the house of 50m2 and a private enclosed garden at the back, facing south west with a wooden terrace. The garden is equipped with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and gas barbecue/plancha.
